- Reservation of Community center can be done as per availability within 90 days with cheque of the advance deposit amount.
सामुदायिक केंद्र का आरक्षण 90 दिन की अवधि में उपलब्धता के आधार पर किया जायेगा एवं आरक्षण के साथ अमानत राशि का चैक स्वीकार किया जायेगा |
- Reservation will be confirmed after reservation amount is credited to our bank account.
सामुदायिक केंद्र हेतु निर्धारित आरक्षण राशि जमा कराने के बाद चैक समाशोधन होने पर ही आरक्षण मान्य होगी |
- If reservation of community center is cancelled 30 days before then 25% of deposited amount and between 21 to 30 days then 50% of deposited amount will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded. If reservation is cancelled less then 21 days then whole rent amount will be deducted and 18% tax amount will be refunded from the deposited amount.
सामुदायिक केंद्र का आरक्षण उपयोग तिथि से 30 दिन पूर्व रद्द करवाने की अवस्था में जमा कराई गई राशि का 25% तथा 21 से 30 दिन के मध्य रद्द कराने की स्थिति में 50% काटकर शेष जमा राशि लौटा दी जायेगी | 21 दिन से कम समय रहते आरक्षण निरस्त कराने पर सम्पूर्ण देय किराया राशि काट कर जमा कराई शेष राशि में से 18% टैक्स की राशि काटकर लौटा दी जायेगी।
- If community center is available then it can be given for Teeye/Chute Ki Bethak free of charges as per the decision of society. The charges of electricity and cleaning etc. will be charges as per standards.
सामुदायिक केंद्र उपलब्ध होने पर तीये / चौथे की बैठक हेतु समिति के विवेकानुसार निःशुल्क दिया जा सकेगा |जिसके लिए उनसे बिजली एवं सफाई चार्ज समिति के नियमानुसार लिया जावेगा |
- Social Organization or for any caste specific welfare work and festivals etc. community center and lawn can be provided if available at half charges of rent.
सामाजिक संस्था या जाति विशेष के जनकल्याण हेतु सामूहिक कार्यों एवं उत्सवों, त्यौहारों हेतु सामुदायिक केंद्र अथवा लॉन उपलब्ध होने पर ही किराये पर दिया जावेगा जिसके लिए किराये की दर आधी होगी |
- For short period of program of non-profit religious or social (non political) organization, community center can be provided if available as per the decision of "Allotment Committee" for free of cost or can provide discount. This type of reservation can not be done before 21 days.
बिना लाभ-हानि के धार्मिक / सामाजिक (गैर राजनीतिक) अति लघु समयावधि के कार्यक्रम आयोजन के लिए सामुदायिक केंद्र उपलब्धता के आधार पर "आवंटन समिति" निःशुल्क अथवा छूट के आधार पर आवंटन हेतु स्व:विवेकानुसार निर्णय हेतु अधिकृत है | किंतु इस प्रकार का आरक्षण 21 दिन से पूर्व में नहीं किया जा सकेगा |
- Community Center can be used for Social / Religious / Marriages etc. only.
सामुदायिक केंद्र परिसर सामाजिक / धार्मिक / शादी समारोह इत्यादि मांगलिक कार्यों के लिए ही उपयोग में लिया जा सकता है |
- Drinking alcohol / cigarette and immoral work is prohibited in the community center.
सामुदायिक केंद्र परिसर में मद्यपान / धूम्रपान तथा अन्य अनैतिक कार्य पूर्णत: निषेध है |
- If there is any damage to the property of community center then it will be compensated by the user.
सामुदायिक केंद्र की किसी भी सम्पत्ति की टूट-फूट की भरपाई उपयोगकर्ता से की जावेगी |
- User is responsible for the safety of his/her goods/stuff.
उपयोगकर्ता अपने सामान की सुरक्षा के प्रति स्वयं उत्तरदायी होगा |
- Electricity and water supply will be based on availability, and 20 units will be charged extra for water supply for South Part and Upper Part.
विधुत एवं जल आपूर्ति उपलब्धता पर निर्भर होगी तथा 20 यूनिट दक्षिण भाग एवं ऊपरी भाग हेतु पानी की सप्लाई पर अतिरिक्त देय है |
- In the community center use of D.J. is prohibited. As per noise pollution law from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm light music is allowed, which noise do not go out of community center premises. If there is violation then all deposited amount will be seized and other legal action can be taken by the committee.
सामुदायिक केंद्र परिसर में डी. जे. का प्रयोग पूर्णतः निषेध है | ध्वनि प्रसारण कानून अनुसार प्रातः 6:00 बजे से रात्रि 9:00 बजे तक हल्का म्यूजिक जिसकी आवाज परिसर सीमा से बाहर न जा सके, स्वीकार्य है| ध्वनि विस्तारक अधिनियम का उल्लंघन होने पर समस्त जमा राशि जब्त करने तथा अन्य वैधानिक कार्यवाही करने हेतु समिति के पास अधिकार सुरक्षित रहेंगे |
- Check out time for community center is 9:00 am. After this time as per penalty 2nd days rent charges will be taken. If community center is booked with another name then it must be checked out at 9:00 am.
सामुदायिक केंद्र का चैक आउट समय प्रातः 9:00 बजे से निर्धारित है | इसके पश्चात पेनल्टी के रूप में दूसरे दिन का किराया देय होगा | लेकिन यदि सामुदायिक केंद्र दूसरे दिन के लिए किसी अन्य के नाम से आरक्षित है तो निर्धारित समय पर केंद्र को खाली करना ही होगा |
- Only uses of commercial gas cylinders are compulsory. If found using of domestic gas cylinders then all responsibility will be of the person whose name reservation is made.
आरक्षण केंद्र पर व्यावसायिक गैस सिलेण्डर की उपयोग में लाना अनिवार्य है | घरेलू गैस सिलेण्डर का उपयोग पाए जाने पर वैधानिक कार्यवाही के लिए आरक्षण करता जिम्मेदार होगा |

- Taxes payable to the Municipal Corporation of Jaipur and if any other tax like government or a semi government will be paid extra.
जयपुर नगर निगम को देय टैक्स व अन्य सरकारी अथवा अर्द्ध सरकारी टैक्स यदि कोई हो, अतिरिक्त देय होगे |
- Electricity expense 15.00/- Rs. per unit.
विधुत खर्च 15.00/- प्रति यूनिट है |
- GST of 18% (as applicable) will be charged separately.
सर्विस टैक्स 18% अलग से देय होगा जो कि समय-समय पर परिवर्तनीय है |
- Reservation of community center is non transferable.
सामुदायिक केंद्र का आरक्षण अहस्तांतरणीय है |
- All the reservations related to the Central reservation are reserved for the reservation / allocation committee.
केंद्र के आरक्षण सम्बन्धी समस्त अधिकार आरक्षण / आवंटन समिति के पास सुरक्षित रहेंगे |
- To create a transparency in reservation of the community center reservation register and suggestion book is always there in the community office.
सामुदायिक केंद्र आरक्षण में पारदर्शिता को मध्यनजर रखते हुए आरक्षण पंजिका एवं सुझाव पुस्तिका हर समय समिति कार्यालय में उपलब्ध है |
- If there is a dispute, then justice zone will be Jaipur.
विवाद की स्थिति में न्याय क्षेत्र जयपुर ही होगा |
- Security guard must be arranged for the safety of vehicles.
वाहन सुरक्षा हेतु सुरक्षा गार्ड की व्यवस्था स्वयं करना अनिवार्य होगा |
- Vehicles are not allowed in the garden. If done then 1000 / - will be taken as a penalty.
उद्यान में वाहन ले जाना सख्त मना है | ऐसा करने पर 1000 / - जुर्माना वसूला जायेगा |
